1.Hong Kong Pathway
In 2021, Immigration Canada will launch the Hong Kong Pathway, which can be divided into Stream A and Stream B programmes.

Stream A is an immigrant student programme. Hong Kong students who have graduated from Canada can apply for Stream A directly.

Stream B is for work immigrants. Those who have one year of work experience in Canada and meet the 10-year graduation requirement can apply directly for a Canadian Maple Leaf Card (PR).
The current cut-off date for the Hong Kong Lifeboat Scheme is 31 August 2026. After obtaining a Maple Leaf Card through Stream A or Stream B, one still needs to apply for naturalisation in order to obtain a passport and become a Canadian citizen.
2.EE Fast Track
Canada's EE Fast Track allows applicants to arrive in Canada in as little as 6 months and is available to anyone from around the world who wishes to immigrate to Canada. Applicants can submit their application online as long as they meet any of the three criteria below:

Federal Skilled Trades (FST)
Applicants will be scored by the Canadian Ranking System (CRS) to obtain a score above which the Government of Canada will, from time to time, select candidates who are above a specific score line to be issued an Invitation to Apply for Permanent Residency (ITA) in Canada.
3. Provincial Nominee (PNP)
Each province in Canada offers different Provincial Nominee Programmes (PNPs). The names of the PNPs for each province and territory are listed below.

4. Employer Sponsored Immigration Policy
If an applicant has been offered a job in Canada, he or she may be able to obtain permanent residency in Canada through employer-sponsored immigration. In addition, in most cases, the offer must be supported by a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) to be considered a qualifying offer.
5. Atlantic Immigration Pilot Programme (AIP)
This programme focuses on recruiting new immigrants to four Atlantic Canadian provinces: Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland and Labrador. There are three types of AIP programmes:

Applicants must meet the requirements of the appropriate AIP project before applying, and applicants will receive information about the project for which they are employed through their employer.
6. Family reunion policy
As a matter of policy, Canadian citizens or permanent residents can sponsor their relatives for permanent residence in Canada.
Below are directions to the four types of family sponsorship programmes:

Spousal sponsorship: Canadian permanent citizens can sponsor their spouses or partners for permanent residency, whether or not they were previously in Canada.

Dependent Child Guarantee: A qualifying dependent child is an unmarried child under the age of 22, and the child may be biological or adopted.

Parental Guarantee: Eligible applicants can sponsor their parents and grandparents to come to Canada and the applicant will need to provide proof that they have sufficient financial means to support them.

Canadian residents can also vouch for their orphaned siblings, nieces, nephews or grandchildren, and if the spouse or dependent has no closer relatives, they can vouch for any of them without age restrictions.
7. Start-up visa (SUV) Entrepreneurial immigration
In 2013, the Government of Canada launched the Start-up Visa (SUV), which is designed to attract innovative foreign entrepreneurs who can contribute to Canada's economic and industrial development.
The Start-up Visa (SUV) programme includes the following benefits:

Individual or group applications (up to five applicants per project) can be made for a maximum of 18 months, and each applicant and his/her family members can be approved together.

You can enter Canada as a family with a work visa, or stay in Hong Kong and wait for your PR to be granted.
