U.S. Immigrant H1-B Registration to be Opened Soon
The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has announced that the upcoming online initial registration for the 2025 H-1B cap (fiscal year 2026 H-1B cap) will begin on 7 March 2025 at noon EST!
Employers can submit registrations for H-1B applicants.
The current round of H-1B online registration will be open from March 7, 2025 at 12:00 noon until March 24, 2025 at 12:00 noon.
Next, USCIS will conduct a random selection from 24th to 31st March, and you will be notified of the successful applicants by 31st March!
Compared to 2024, the biggest change to this year's H-1B online registration is the filing fee
In the past, the registration fee for an H-1B online registration was only $10, but in 2025, the registration fee will increase to $215. Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable if the H-1B is not selected.
- Only H-1B applicants who have successfully completed registration on the USCIS H-1B registration website and paid the $215 registration fee are eligible to participate in this year's H-1B lottery!
