Employment-Based Immigration: First Preference(EB-1C)

Project Description：

EB-1C is an immigrant visa for an executive or manager of a multinational corporation, which is classified as a Class I Preferred Employment Immigrant under U.S. immigration law. In an EB-1C application, a U.S. company (employer) must file the petition as the petitioner, and the dispatched company executive is the beneficiary of the petition, and the employer is required to explain the contents and hours of work in the U.S. and abroad that the manager of the multinational corporation will be required to perform.

The following requirements need to be met：

• Qualifying Relationships between U.S. and Foreign Companies
• The beneficiary must have worked for the applicant's (employer's) parent company, subsidiary or affiliated organisation in a foreign country for one consecutive year in the three years prior to the submission of the application.
• Beneficiary's job is an executive or managerial position in a company
• The beneficiary is required to hold a full-time position at the managerial level or above in the company's related business in the United States after entry into the country.
• U.S. companies have been volunteering for at least one year prior to application
