Project Description
The Quebec Immigrant Investor Programme is a direct family permanent residence (Maple Leaf Card) programme open to corporate shareholders and executives. Quebec Immigrant Investor Application Requirements

Applicants have at least 2 years of experience in running/managing a business in the past 5 years.

The applicant has successfully earned CAD $2 million or more in net family assets (including bank deposits, real estate, stocks, bonds, business, etc.)

Investment Requirements (either one or the other)

A. Invest CAD$1.2 million in an immigration fund designated by the Government of Canada, which guarantees the return of the entire principal amount after five years of investment; or

B. In the form of a loan, a non-refundable lump sum of $350,000 is payable as interest on the loan of $1,200,000 for a period of 5 years. (The interest rate on the loan may be adjusted in accordance with changes in interest rates in the Canadian financial markets, and the Bank of Canada has the final authority to interpret the interest rate on the loan.)
