Project Description

In 1984, the Federal Government of St. Kitts and Nevis established the Citizenship by Investment Scheme (CIS) in order to attract high quality investors to invest in the country and to promote the economic development of the country. Under the Citizenship Act (1984), Article 3(5) Part II, any foreigner who has made a significant economic contribution to the Federal Government of St. Kitts and Nevis may be granted citizenship of the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis. Applicants will be able to directly acquire St. Kitts and Nevis federal nationality and citizenship, which includes passports, permanent residence and the right to work, upon meeting the investment requirements set by the government.

Investment Method (choose one)

1. Contributions to the Sustainable Islands National Contribution Fund: $250,000 for a one-person family; $300,000 for a two-person family; $350,000 for a family of four or fewer; $50,000 for each subsequent accompanying member under the age of 18; $75,000 for each subsequent accompanying member over the age of 18.

2. Purchase of a qualifying property of $400,000 or more

Application Requirements

1. Applicants need to be at least 18 years old
2. The applicant does not have any criminal record
3. Applicants need to prove that they are in good health
4. Applicants are required to provide true and accurate information and documents as required by the Citizenship by Investment Scheme.
