Project Description

Grenada - A member of the Caribbean Community, Grenada is the only Caribbean country with a Citizenship by Investment (CI) programme that allows residents to enter China visa-free and has an E-2 Investor Visa Treaty with the United States, which makes its citizens eligible to apply for non-immigrant visas to the United States.

Grenada Citizenship by Investment Programme

- Applicants must be at least 18 years old;

- No criminal record;

- Be in good health and free from infectious diseases;

- Completion of any one of the following investment requirements:

a) A single applicant must contribute not less than US$150,000 to a government-designated fund.

b) For a family unit, the applicant must contribute not less than US$200,000 per household to the government-designated fund*. 

c) Applicants are required to purchase a government-designated property in Grenada with a price not less than US$350,000 (both first-hand and second-hand) and hold it for five years.

d) Two or more applicants may jointly own a property under the Tourist Accommodation category, with a minimum investment of US$220,000 per applicant, and hold it for five years.

Notes:

*The above purchase amount is the net value of the property and does not include taxes, management fees, custodial maintenance fees, etc;

*Please refer to the list of programme fees for other related costs, such as application fees, due diligence fees, etc;

*If you have been denied a travel visa by a visa-exempt country, you will need to follow through with your visa application before applying for the project.

*Shared property investment approach is effective from 1 April 2019 onwards.

1、Spouse and unmarried children under 18 years of age;

2、Unmarried children aged 18-30 who are financially dependent on the principal applicant;

3、Parents or grandparents of the principal applicant or spouse (additional donation for parents under 55 years old);

4、Siblings of the principal applicant and spouse who are over 18 years of age and unmarried with no children may apply to accompany the applicant (additional donation is required).

Grenada Citizenship by Investment Programme Application Process

1. Consultation Contract

2. Document preparation (1-2 months)

3. Physical examination and submission of application (1 month)*

4. Preparation and submission of full set of application documents (1-2 months)

5. AIP approval in principle (4-6 months)

6. Completion of government fund contribution, or completion of final payment of property investment

7. Obtain Citizenship Card and Passport (about 2 months)
